Greetings Everyone.

Recently I have re-engaged in the amazing world of live audio as Front of House engineer for Dallas Eclipse and Claddagh.  See my recent post for updates.

Additionally, this year, 2025, I have updated several noteworthy presentations including: “Leverage your Network and your Skills”. Delivering the content to several business networking groups in Dallas.  I am also revising my 2024, “AI Ethics” presentation.

As personnel and professional networking revolves around “connecting with others”, I’ve made the “rounds” of local coffee shops as a “Mystery Shopper” evaluating the customer experience. Seems simple, however, if the  “back of house” processes are not executed properly, the customer experience is in jeopardy.   I collaborate and share my “research” with a local Dallas based coffee entrepreneur.  I an not able to share my “research” within this BIO, however, if you “buy me coffee” I’ll  share a few select insights with you.

I  want to be known for being a creative, solutions-oriented and resourceful leader and experience in marketing, executive briefings, customer experience centers and media production.  Expertise in creating and executing customized / executive briefings, and marketing programs prompting enterprise and mobile products and solutions, and collaboration with senior sales executives and client teams that results in increased revenue generation and enhanced customer relationships. I am an Award Winning thought leader who demonstrates a blended creative, technical and strategic approach that impacts the entire sales process.

Recognition:  In 2022, the Executive Briefing team at AT&T received two prestigious awards from the Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (formerly the Association of Briefing and Program Managers); Innovation in Briefing and Innovation in virtual briefing platforms.  In 2020, I received the Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (formerly ABPM) Hero Award for “Virtual Briefings” thought leadership.   Additional l Global Association of Customer Engagement Professional  awards include Multi-time recognition for GACEP Program of the Year and Center of the Year Awards in 2017 & 2018.
