Meetings, Meetings and more Meetings
I am all for creating a better way to have meaningful customer conversations…here’s a recent insight..
I am searching
Yes, I am always searching…searching for new ways to engage with customers…searching for new opportunities to create a unique customer experience. I am also searching to understand many of the finer intricacies of Digital Media Strategy.
So I “googled” SEO via You Tube and was enlighten by the many videos of Eli. Within, his video search engine optimization Eli details the “how” to successfully implement SEO on web pages. Nice, Simple, and easy to understand video with an unexpected demo at the end of the video.
That’s what I call a great customer experience.
Virtual Briefings
I recently had the opportunity to converse with several briefing experts regarding the trend toward mobile “video conferencing” applications. While all of these applications provide a way to seamlessly and instantly connect with others, the message of the conversation can often be compromised by the newness of the technology. As with any conversation, face to face or via a video conference, remember to try to mitigate the surrounding distractions and focus on the intent of the conversation. You will notice when the distractions are eliminated the hardest part of the conversation begins.
What’s the hardest part? Listening!
